Although we’re sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a product from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, and contact us immediately. If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your product at and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

All products should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your product due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at so we can investigate further.

Cancellations And Changes

You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit or a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavor to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for another product, please contact us at and we will evaluate the feasibility.

Change Of Mind

We design and create to order for all purchases, so unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect wall art for your space – or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully.

Late or missing refunds 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
